He's FIFTEEN!

Holy cow, where has the time gone? This handsome young man just turned 15 years old. He celebrated by going to LaGoon all day. He took his friend Dallin with him and we got word back that he had a whole group of girls following him around that day. He is ready to get his driving permit and get out on that road. Kaleb has been a great part of our family and we are so happy to celebrate his 15th birthday with him. Love you Kaleb!

Route 66

I like to call this one Little Miss Sassa Frass. She loves to dress up and dance on stage. I think the best part is really the dressing up. We curled her hair, we put make up on, and we even put glitter on her body. She was very happy with that until she found another little girl that was shinier than she was. She asked that next time we but glitter hairspray too.
She was so happy to see daddy after her first performance.

Too Cute! I love watching my kids doing things that they love to do and being the best they can be. We had a great time watching you Toots! Keep up the great work.

This is Kylie's fantastic dance teacher, Miss Megan. She does an amazing job with the girls and they all love her.

Ice Skating

The week after Christmas, David and I both had the entire week off of work and the kids were out of school so we tried to fill our time with random activities. We went to the movies, and sledding, and then we decided to try something new. We went Ice Skating at the Olympic Oval. I was a little nervous but it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.

We all started out a little bit wobbly, but we got better the more we did it. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up buying an annual pass. David will also use the facility for running. They have a running track that goes on the outside of the ice track.
I was surprised at how well Corbin did, especially for his first time on ice. He did better on ice skates than he does on roller skates.
I was a little scared to let Kylie out there, but then we found out that they had helmets and a support that she holds on to. She did amazing as well. Half way through skating she ditched her support and was skating on her own. She fell a few times, but I was impressed that she even tried.

I loved having all this time with my family. We had a great week. Can't wait to do it again next year.

Carson turns 13

So I now have 2 teenagers in my house. Carson celebrated his 13th birthday in December. He decided he wanted to go to this place called Jump on It. It is a place that has wall to wall trampolines. All the trampolines are attached and there are even trampolines that go up on the walls. It's a pretty fun place. He celebrated with his cousin and his friend and his brothers and sister. We then stopped to eat at In -n- Out. We had a good time.
